Refund policy

Janitorial Supply Depot allows customers to return purchased items for a refund or exchange within 30 days, if the item is in original condition with tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase like a receipt. May offer store credit or have exceptions for certain items or situations. 

1. Condition of Item:
   Items must typically be in their original condition, which means unworn, unused, and with tags still attached. 
2.  Refund Method:
   Refunds are typically issued in the original form of payment. 
   If the original payment was cash, a check or store credit may be offered
